[Feature Request] Restore recent routine chats sidebar visibility for quick access and approval status

Bug Description
In claude code desktop the latest routines chats used to show up on the left side bar as a group now I cant see them I have to go through routines and then go the chats this is soooooo annoying, making the routines unusable and I have to continously go and check on them I want to see them always and know if they need approval or something, so frustrating
