[FEATURE] Claude Desktop - Support Incognito Chats via "Quick Entry" prompt

Problem Statement

I often use incognito on one off searches/discussions that I know I don't want cluttering my chat history. "Quick Entry" is a far more appropriate entry point to me for these kinds of chats than for ones I want to be able to go back to.

Proposed Solution

Allow me to start an incognito chat from "Quick Entry" and also allow me to set this as the default mode for "Quick Entry".

Alternative Solutions

I need to switch to the main app, or just use a regular chat and archive it later.
