What changed
After a desktop app update around 2026-10-14, the Code tab sidebar no longer shows a Routines section. The sidebar has only a "Scheduled" item that opens a Scheduled tasks page with one card per routine.

What I observed

  • Routine runs are still ordinary, unarchived sessions, but they no longer appear as rows in the sidebar session list.
  • The app refuses to file them into a custom group. Moving one returns: "Routine runs show under their routine, not as their own sidebar rows, so they can't be grouped, pinned or marked."
  • The sidebar state still reports a built-in routines section (shown: false, collapsed: true), and I found no UI to turn it on.
  • The Scheduled page cards show the schedule and Active state but no last-run result.

Impact
I run about 18 scheduled routines and relied on seeing in the sidebar when each one finished, so I could check results and take manual action. That is now one drill-down per routine, which is slow at this scale and makes a failed or finished run easy to miss.

Expected
Restore a cross-routine view of recent runs. A Routines sidebar section would do, or a completion and unread state with last-run status on the Scheduled page cards. A setting to bring the old section back would also work.
