[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Incorrect monthly limit message for Individual Pro Plan

Bug Description
Claude CLI tells me I've reach my Org's monthly limit, although I do not use an organisation plan, I use my Individual Pro Plan. Why is that message sent then ? I shouldn't have monthly limits.
