[Bug] Persistent session feedback prompt cannot be dismissed

Bug Description
It is bugging me that I have a persistent 'How is Claude doing this session? (optional)' msg above my prompt. Ive tried respinding to it but it sticks. Like something on your shoe. Its annoying.
