/ultrareview times out after 30 minutes with no output

Description

Tried /ultrareview for the first time on a branch. The command hung for ~30 minutes and then terminated with a timeout — no findings, no partial output, and no progress indicator while it ran.

Expected behavior

Either a completed review with findings, a visible progress indicator while the remote agents work, or an actionable error message if the run cannot complete in time.

Actual behavior

• Command hung for ~30 minutes
• No intermediate progress shown in the terminal
• Terminated with a timeout
• No output / no findings reported

Environment

• Claude Code CLI on macOS
• First-time use of /ultrareview

Suggestion

Surface progress while the cloud agents are running, and return at least partial output (or a clear failure reason) on timeout. Based on user reports this seems to be a not-uncommon failure mode for first-time runs.
