Summary

A /ultrareview run failed with an Anthropic server-side rate-limit error before producing any findings, but the credit was still consumed. Free quota dropped from 2/3 to 1/3 with no review output.

Details

  • Session ID: session_01StpYiLxAh5rTqhquEtFENp
  • Parent CC session: session_013otvQ7rSondCAiT7eh16Kb
  • Scope at launch: 30 files, 6,963 insertions, 37 deletions (branch \hal/cluster-wide-namespace\ → \master\ on \puretensor/ptve\)
  • Error returned: \API Error: Server is temporarily limiting requests (not your usage limit) · Rate limited\
  • Outcome: \"Ultrareview crashed before producing findings — no output to report.\"

The error message itself confirms the limit was Anthropic's (\not your usage limit\), so this is a server-side throttle event rather than a quota or scope issue.

Ask

Refund the consumed credit on the puretensor org's free \/ultrareview\ quota. Happy to retry the run once the credit is back.

Environment
