[BUG]

Preflight Checklist
- [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
- [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code
What's Wrong?
When I launch with claude -r and go to /mcp command, it freezes the claude session terminal. If I launch it with just claude or claude -c, and go to mcp, it works just fine.
It might be related to one of my mcp servers. But, I guess architecturally, it should not to be that way.
What Should Happen?
Claude should work as it is supposed to: let me handle the connected MCP servers, and exit "Esc" back to the dialogue.
Error Messages/Logs
no errors. If run with `claude -r --debug`, it is got frozen the same way - with no error messages or anything.
Steps to Reproduce
- Connect MCP servers: Context7, MedusaJS, Figma
- Launch from WSL bash terminal:
claude -r, pick any session - Wait a sec and run
/mcpcommand. - You got frozen
