What's Wrong?

Rate limited by anthropic and was charged one of the free ultra review tokens. The earlier session had crashed halfway through so really lost two tokens without much progress or results.

What Should Happen?

Ultrareview shouldnt charge tokens just to be told you are rate limited, and reconnecting to a current ultra review session needs to be easier.
