[Bug] Unexpected usage reset and quota counter reset behavior

Bug Description
There is something weird happening with my usage. Yesterday my weekly usage was finishing 2026-04-24 at about 16:00 and it was finished 100% and will be resetted 2026-04-26, but now it's going to reset tomorrow and the usage is 0. Can you explain it?
