[Bug] Weekly quota reset timing change causes unexpected quota loss

Bug Description
It was the Thursday, 16 April 2007 night (Malaysia time). I noticed the weekly reset change from Monday afternoon to Friday morning. I was at under 20% used when it changed. Screenshot of Settings → Usage showing “Resets Fri 3:00 AM”. That essentially wiped out all my unused quota, which is probably a nasty bug.
