[FEATURE] Dispatch should have a 'New Conversation' button

Problem Statement

Dispatch should have a 'New Conversation' button that starts a fresh context window, similar to how Cowork allows creating new sessions. Long-running Dispatch conversations hit context limits with no way to reset.

Proposed Solution

add a way to explicitly reset Dispatch after a context window is approaching. Dispatch already informs you, but cannot create a new context for itself and the only suggested workaround is "wait - this session's context will eventually expire/reset on its own."
