[BUG] Remote control doesn't work after you hit your limit

Preflight Checklist
- [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
- [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code
What's Wrong?
- Start claude code CLI.
- Start remote control.
- Work from phone until I hit the plan limit
- The CLI stucks on "You've hit your limit · resets 4am (America/Montevideo)" and doesn't accepts any more messages from the phone, even if I send the messages AFTER the reset time.
- Need to go to the CLI on my computer to get it unstuck.
- It accepts the last message sent from mobile now.
This can't happen. The whole idea of remote control is to NOT use the CLI physically seated in the computer.
What Should Happen?
CLI shouldn't stuck and it should accept messages from mobile if the reset time has passed (4AM in my case)
Error Messages/Logs
