What's Wrong?

Hi Anthropic team,
I'm a paying Claude Code Max subscriber and my organization account was suddenly disabled with the message "This organization has been disabled" — without any prior warning or explanation.
My situation:

I've been a legitimate, paying Max subscriber
My company requires all employees to use a corporate VPN as mandatory IT policy — this is not optional and not something I can bypass
I was not violating any terms of service
No warning email was sent before the ban

The problem:
The automated system appears to have flagged my account simply because I was accessing Claude through a corporate VPN. This is a completely normal setup for enterprise users, especially in Asia where many companies enforce strict VPN policies.
I've tried appealing through [support@anthropic.com](mailto:support@anthropic.com) but the process is opaque and the success rate is reportedly extremely low.
What I'm asking:

Please review my account manually
Provide a clear explanation of why the account was disabled
Consider whitelisting corporate VPN usage for verified paying subscribers
Improve the appeals process — paying customers deserve a fair review

This is affecting my work directly. I paid for a service in good faith and lost access without any recourse. This is not acceptable treatment for paying customers.
I'm not alone — there are many users in similar situations (see: #5088, #9950, #12118).
