[BUG] Banned account after renew subscriptions.

What's Wrong?

I'm claude code MAX user. on 9th NOV my subscription is expired. and my credit card was run out of money, so I didn't check it until 19th NOV, and charge it successfully. After resubscription, my account was banned for no reason.

What Should Happen?

The subscription should extend for me from 9th NOV to 9th DEC.
