[BUG] Random usage of tokens for no apparent reason

What's Wrong?

32k tokens were used by claude code for no apparent reason. Inspite of having the context, these tokens were unfairly used. Attaching the screenshots.

What Should Happen?

claude should have checked the context and not used tokens for re-writing (Or i do not even know what it was using it for).
