[BUG] Cowork tab not showing on Windows 11 Pro - Claude Desktop v1.3109.0

What's Wrong?

Cowork tab does not appear in Claude Desktop app. Only Chat and Code tabs are visible. Settings > Cowork shows Dispatch is enabled, but the tab never appears in navigation.

  • OS: Windows 11 Pro (Build 26200)
  • App version: 1.3109.0 (35cbf6)
  • Virtual Machine Platform: enabled
  • Hypervisor Platform: enabled
  • Virtualization: confirmed active (systeminfo shows hypervisor detected)
  • Restarted app and PC multiple times - issue persists

What Should Happen?

Cowork tab should appear in the top navigation bar alongside Chat and Code tabs.

Error Messages/Logs

No error messages displayed. Cowork tab simply does not appear.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install Claude Desktop v1.3109.0 on Windows 11 Pro
  2. Enable Dispatch in Settings > Cowork
  3. Enable Virtual Machine Platform and Hypervisor Platform via PowerShell
  4. Restart PC
  5. Launch Claude Desktop
  6. Observe: only Chat and Code tabs visible, no Cowork tab
