[BUG] Cowork tab not showing on Windows 11 Pro 25H2 — Pro subscriber

What's Wrong?
The Cowork tab does not appear in the Claude Desktop app. Only the "Chat" tab is visible. I am a Claude Pro subscriber and Cowork has never appeared since I first installed the app.
What Should Happen?
The Cowork tab should appear in the Claude Desktop app alongside the Chat tab, allowing me to use Cowork as advertised for Claude Pro subscribers.

Steps to Reproduce
- Install Claude Desktop (latest version) on Windows 11 Pro 25H2
- Sign in with a Claude Pro account
- Observe that only the "Chat" tab appears — no Cowork tab
- Restart the app — issue persists
- Restart the machine — issue persists
