[FEATURE] Claude Code prompt bar to stay at bottom permanently

Problem Statement

This is for Claude Code Console app.
The Bottom prompt bar (where we type prompt to Claude) does not stay fixed. When an answer to prompt comes and we scroll up, prompt bar disappears (to bottom) and then scrolling back to end of response brings back the prompt bar.
This is inconvenient when a long response from Claude is being read and basis that, you are responding in back in prompt typing and reading the Claude response simultaneously (you will keep scrolling up and down).

Proposed Solution

If the bottom prompt bar stays fixed without scrolling, it will significantly improve experience.
