[FEATURE] Display usage at the bottom

Problem Statement

We often need to go to the /usage to check how things are going in terms of percentage and tokens. This is an information that could be easily seen at a glance.

Proposed Solution

Display the session and weekly statutes at the bottom, so, in a glance, we could see how much left and plan ourselves in terms of prompts, continuing or not.

Example,

1. User prompted a few times, now his session usage is 99%
2. User sees that his usage is 99% at the bottom of the TUI and decides to not continue, without using /usage to check
3. User hovers the mouse on the usage and check when the session restarts
4. User returns later to continue
