[BUG] ESC not working to stop chat

What's Wrong?

I asked Opus 4.6 multiple times pressed esc and you continued - it have done this many times and then goes on a token run to investigate why I got "Request too large (max 20MB). Double press esc to go back and try with a smaller file." The chat was bricked. burned 43k tokens - esc never works and opus gets haiku to got and read every file.

What Should Happen?
