[BUG] ESC and Ctrl+C not working to interrupt in v2.1.82+

What's Wrong?
I cant interrupt claude ESC or CTRL+C is not working.
i tried 2.1.83 and 2.1.84 (currently lastest) both not working
i switch back to 2.1.82 and its working.
What Should Happen?
when i press ESC cloude should stop, or when i press ctrl+c i should exit app.
Error Messages/Logs
no messages at all. just keep doing what its doing.
Steps to Reproduce
open claude in terminal (win11 arm64)
type something and try to stop with ESC.

Sonnet (default)
Is this a regression?
Yes, this worked in a previous version
Last Working Version
2.1.81
Claude Code Version
2.1.83 and 2.1.84 ( i didnt try 82)

Anthropic API

Platform: Windows 11 ARM (not x86)
