[Bug] Claude 4 7 Opus excessive token consumption and decreased response quality

Bug Description
Big problem since some days with opus 4.7. Use a lot lof and too much of my forfait MAX claude, it's totaly crazy than before with 4.6, the new version is totaly stupid, never check what he said, never do what i ask to do, he do is own shit and then say sorry but continue like that all time, i must prompt 4 times the same thing for make him understand and he still don't get it even if very simple, i can't work since about 1 week it"s really crazy i write claude.md file 59 lines he says the probleme of using too much credit is because of using claude.md too big !! then he admit that
he don"t even read it !! it use 3% of my MAX juste for do nothing and he do that all time impossible to work on everything event talk he lie don't verifie and say bullshit 98% of the time it's a very big regresion please fix that asap
