[Bug] High token consumption and poor code quality with excessive tool use and compilation errors

Bug Description
i dont know if there is any issue from my part but this conversation alone took 30.34$ from credits because this is fable and reallly it did so mediocre job i had to tell it each time the things it didn't see knowing that such stuff is easily discoverable from the code i didn't really add much hidden knowledge to my prompt for example we have an api that has openapi specs the model adds new endpoints the first thing is to check docs and spec config OpenApiConfig a smal config wich the model forgot about. during the conversation it ran for so long on ./mvn test i assume it burned so much tokens in the process but in the end the code had compilation errors and couldnt start. i don't know what went wrong here but sooooo much disapointed. it definilty feels like a quantized version of fable compared to the api endpoints. good luck investigating this.
