What's Wrong?
Subject: Account reverted to Free before subscription end date + missing credit
- Email: [trunglnm@ponos-tech.com] (personal part)
- Issue 1: Cancelled Max plan, confirmation email states access until May 11, 2026
but account now shows as Free tier immediately
- Issue 2: Billing tab inaccessible in Settings
- Action requested: Restore access until May 11, 2026

What Should Happen?
- Restore access until May 11, 2026

Steps to Reproduce
- already register subscription (claude max5x) for personal
- team invite (from organization) accept on same email account
- cancel subscription for personal
- receive email valid usage until time (as attachment)
- downgrade tier and can not access billing - also can not use max5x as email describe
