[FEATURE] Command to change from auto-edit/plan mode

Problem Statement

I often have to work from my mobile phone, so I use ConnectBot on Android to connect to my terminal, but claude-code does not support switching between models using something I can send via a remote terminal on my phone.

It would be great if we could change modes using something other than SHIFT+TAB. This combination is impossible to send from Android (and probably also from iPhone).

Proposed Solution

I'd like to be able change mode with /mode plan and /mode auto-edit.
