[BUG] Pro Plan User. I updated Claude and it no longer recognizes I'm playing for the pro plan, Help is useless

What's Wrong?
I do not have access to sessions that I am paying for. I cant even run the diagnostic commands because of session limits.
What Should Happen?
Claude support should address this issue from happening to its paid user base. Second I need a fix that i can run to address the issue. Third , diagnostic commands should never be unavailable. Refund 1/2 my monthly fee. Side comment - Help lack of sophistication will hinder your growth.
