[BUG] CLAUDE.md may as well be useless.

What's Wrong?

No matter what I put in CLAUDE.md, how I write it, If I have Claude write it, it doesn't help. It's sa complete waste of time. It might work for 1 prompt. MIGHT.

What Should Happen?

CLAUDE.md should be followed. (And stop wasting my time and tokens)
