[BUG] /clear command does not work well on VS Code

What's Wrong?

The cleared content keep appearing, all content since the beginning of the session. After set /clear, the content briefly disappears but suddenly it appears again. The only solution I found was to close the terminal session, open another terminal session and start Claude again.

What Should Happen?

Clear all the screen and keep only the new prompts. Should be a reset and a screen cleansing.

2. Increase/decrease the height or width of the terminal.
