[BUG] Anything but CLI is useless

What's Wrong?

Image paste in windows mostly just doesn't work in the CLI. I know this is a windows issue but there's nothing I can do about that. Having to save to folders and crap - just slowing me down.

So I'd REALLY like to use the VS extension or better yet the new integration into the claude desktop

Except...the permissions are so broken I basically use the dangerous mode to get anything done. Which my parents have apparently decided I can't use in VS or the desktop.

It is useless if every time I am trying to get it to work on something while I work on something else, if it's going to interrupt me for permissions every 30s. And ignore when I say 'always'. Which it does. Constantly.

Playwright has no option to even enable it per session - Every. Command. Must. Be. Manually. Approved. Useless.

For the love of God -give us an option to use dangerous in the freaking VS extension & Claude desktop integration. I'm a big boy. I don't need a nanny. I can make this decision. I'll sign whatever you want.

What Should Happen?

Stop being a nanny and let me use dangerous mode in claude code everywhere.
