Preflight Checklist
- [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
- [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code
What's Wrong?
When I run claude in a gnome-terminal, it completely disables all its capabilities and nothing works as expected. copy-and-paste via mouse selection does not work, selecting words/sentences by double click does not work, context menu on right mouse click is not available, URLs get not opened on middle mouse click, and, and and. This is a nightmare. It renders efficiency close to zero. So it is not something usable for me. Worst user experience ever had.
What Should Happen?
The terminal should have/keep its default functionality as is. I do not need any ms windows terminal crap emulation.
