[FEATURE] Split output and input to scroll thru Claude's output while typing response to claude's input

Problem Statement

While reading thru claude's LONG output, I need to respond to multiple points. The input is off the screen so I either can't see what I'm typing or I have to scroll back and forth between the output and input.

Proposed Solution

I propose the output be it's own 'pane' that can be scrolled independent and the input be a few lines across the bottom that stays in place. That way I can address each item and see it on the screen while i'm typing my response.
