[BUG] Chat window won’t close after restart (desktop app)

What's Wrong?

The Fin AI Agent chat window stays open even after killing the app and reopening it.

Desktop app version: 2.1.109
OS: Windows 11

What Should Happen?

The Fin AI Agent window should minimize/exit when selected to minimize/exit

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce: 1) Open Claude Code desktop app. 2) Open a Help. 3) Open Fin AI Agent 4) Try to exit. 5) Quit the app. 6) Observe the chat window is still open. 7) Exit the app 8) Reopen the app. 9) Observe the chat window is still open.
