[BUG] High error rates fail to report to status.claude.com

What's Wrong?

When claude has high error rates, status.claude.com often shows that nothing is wrong.

What Should Happen?

When there are high error rates, status.claude.com should reflect that some sort of incident is occurring.

Use claude often until you receive repeated 500 errors. Confirm that others are experiencing this issue by viewing the issues list on GitHub (here). Go to status.claude.com.
