[BUG] Sidebar overlaps main chat content after Mac app update

What's Wrong?

Description:

  • Desktop app version: [check in app menu]
  • Operating system: macOS 13.7.8 (22H730)
  • Issue: After recent update, left sidebar overlaps chat content, cutting off text on left side
  • Steps tried: App restart, computer restart, Reset App Data - none resolved the issue

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Claude Desktop app on macOS 13.7.8
  2. Navigate to any chat
  3. Observe sidebar overlapping main content area
