What's Wrong?
Description:
- Desktop app version: [check in app menu]
- Operating system: macOS 13.7.8 (22H730)
- Issue: After recent update, left sidebar overlaps chat content, cutting off text on left side
- Steps tried: App restart, computer restart, Reset App Data - none resolved the issue

Steps to reproduce:
- Open Claude Desktop app on macOS 13.7.8
- Navigate to any chat
- Observe sidebar overlapping main content area
