[BUG] Desktop App — Sidebar overlaps chat content without left margin (macOS)

What's Wrong?
Bug Description
When the sidebar is open in the Claude Desktop App on macOS, it overlaps the chat
content panel. The chat text starts at the very left edge of the remaining space
(or even behind the sidebar), instead of having a proper left margin.
This causes the beginning of each line to be hidden behind the sidebar.
What Should Happen?
Expected Behavior
The chat content should either:
- Push to the right when the sidebar is open (like claude.ai in the browser), or
- Have a sufficient left margin so text is never hidden behind the sidebar overlay.
Actual Behavior
The sidebar overlays the chat panel and cuts off the left side of the text content.
