[Bug] Missing conversations in left navigation sidebar

Bug Description
I can't see my claude code conversations from today in the claude code app left nav. Its my expectation that I see all the conversations for the claude project I am in in the same way I would using the terminal, but I am not seeing them in the left nav. this is disorienting and confusing and makes the desktop app feel suspect.
