Allow renaming conversations in the sidebar!!

Problem Statement

When running multiple Claude Code sessions in the application, all conversations show up in the sidebar with auto-generated names that are hard to distinguish. There's no way to rename them. it's very easy to paste context into the wrong chat or lose track of which conversation is handling which task.
This is honestly a fundamental feature that should have been here on day one.

Please fix this.

Proposed Solution

Self explanatory, allow renaming on conversations maybe a little edit button or something.
