[VS Code] Status line overlaps terminal tab bar

Description

The Claude Code status line (showing the current task name) overlaps the VS Code terminal tab bar, making it hard to read both.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open VS Code with Claude Code extension
2. Open the integrated terminal
3. Start a Claude Code session with a task running
4. Observe the status line text overlapping the terminal tab bar label ("ターミナル")
