[BUG] vs code claude extension status line doesn't show

What's Wrong?

VS Code version Version: 1.124.2
Claude Code extension version 2.1.178
OS: macOS (Darwin 25.5.0)
What you tried: reinstalled the extension, statusLine is set in ~/.claude/settings.json with type: "command", nothing appears in the status bar

statusline should appear
