[BUG] "Run on Startup" toggle cannot be turned off

What's Wrong?

The bug is that the Claude setting "Run on Startup" doesn't appear to work properly.
I try to turn it off but it gets turned back on immediately by Claude.
I have tried every trick in the book - as suggested by Claude - to make sure there are no other settings on my system which would cause this setting to be set to on.

What Should Happen?

The setting "Run on Startup" should be turned off - and stay off.

Steps to Reproduce

Quite simple:

1. Go to settings
2. Turn off "Run on Startup"
3. Get out of settings.
4. Go back in and you'll notice that "Run on Startup" is turned on.
