[BUG] Extra Usage toggle appears active (blue) when turned OFF

What's Wrong?

On the claude.ai web UI, the "Extra Usage" toggle under Settings → Usage
displays a blue (active) background even when the toggle is in the OFF state.

What Should Happen?

The toggle should display a gray (inactive) background when the toggle is in the OFF state.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to claude.ai
2. Navigate to Settings → Usage
3. Locate the "Extra Usage" section
4. Observe the toggle — it appears blue/active despite being OFF
