[BUG] Dispatch permanently "Bureau hors ligne" on mobile — Windows, v1.1617.0, all local fixes attempted

What's Wrong?

Dispatch shows "Bureau hors ligne" (offline) on mobile client permanently, despite desktop app running normally. All local troubleshooting exhausted.

Environment

  • Platform: Windows 10 Professionnel 22H2 Build System 19045.6466
  • Claude Desktop version: 1.1617.0 (8d6345) — latest available
  • Plan: Pro/Max
  • Mobile OS: Android/iOS (Dispatch status: orange dot "Bureau hors ligne")

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Claude Desktop → Dispatch tab → "Maintenir actif" ON
  2. Mobile shows Dispatch as inactive/offline
  3. Attempted fixes (all failed):
  • Full app kill via Task Manager + relaunch
  • Toggle "Maintenir actif" OFF → ON
  • Deleted bridge-state.json from %APPDATA%\Claude\
  • Generated new QR code → scanned from mobile
  • Clicked "Tout déconnecter et réessayer" (Disconnect all and retry)
  1. Result: mobile still shows "Bureau hors ligne" after every attempt

Expected Behavior

Mobile Dispatch status should show green "Actif" after pairing via QR code.

Actual Behavior

Mobile shows orange dot "Bureau hors ligne" persistently. Desktop Cowork sessions work fine — issue is isolated to the Dispatch relay.

Related Issues

Similar to #40179 and #45937 — appears to be the same cloud relay failure class.

What Should Happen?

Mobile Dispatch status should show green "Actif" after pairing via QR code. The Dispatch relay should maintain connection persistently once paired.

Error Messages/Logs

No console errors visible. The mobile client shows an orange dot with "Bureau hors ligne" label permanently. No error codes surfaced in the Claude Desktop UI.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Claude Desktop on Windows 10
  2. Navigate to Dispatch tab → enable "Maintenir actif"
  3. Generate QR code → scan from mobile
  4. Mobile immediately shows orange dot "Bureau hors ligne"
  5. Attempted fixes (all failed):
  • Full app kill via Task Manager + relaunch

Additional Information

Desktop Cowork sessions work fine — issue is isolated to the Dispatch relay. Similar to #40179 and #45937 — appears to be the same cloud relay failure class. All local client-side fixes have been exhausted, suggesting a server-side relay issue.
