[BUG] Plan Upgrade Without Usage Increase

What's Wrong?

I ran out of credits on my 100 dollar plan for the session, so I decided to upgrade to the 200 dollar plan. However, even though I upgraded, it still says I am out of credits for this session and wait for the session refresh, allowing me to not use Claude Code in my current session.

What Should Happen?

Ideally, I should have more credits in this current session that I can use.
