[FEATURE] Increase Claude Desktop Preview limit

Problem Statement

The preview hard limit of 5 services is very limiting. We have microservice architecture with multiple of microservices. Not all of them are front facing, but all of them have swagger exposed. It will be very useful to be able to launch more.

Proposed Solution

15 seems more appropriate limit. Best if it is configurable.
