[Feature Request] Increase context window limit to 1M tokens for Opus 4 in Claude Code

Question

**Bug Description**
MAX plan subscriber ($212/mo). Model correctly shows claude-opus-4-6[1m] but context window is hard-capped at 400k in both CLI and VSCode extension. I'm paying for 1M context — please make it available in Claude Code, not just the API.
