[Bug] Excessive token consumption on simple queries (25k tokens for "what is 1+1")

Bug Description
on 1.0.98 a simple "what is 1+1" consumes 6k tokens of usage (as checked with /context, goes up from 29.5k to 35k) on latest version it consumes 25k tokens! What did you break in between?
