[Feature Request] Add command to clear context and auto-accept edits after plan review

In the post-planning dialog, I sometimes fat-finger escape, and then I AFAIK have no way to "clear context and auto-accept edits" with the current plan. A command like /clear-and-execute-plan or similar would prevent this situation from occurring.
