Compensation for the time and money (at least for the monthly subscription) wasted because of Calaude Code doesn't follow agreed instructions

What You Asked Claude to Do

Enough is enough! It is unacceptable to waste time and money to revise and fix unauthorized actions performed by Claude Code despite the written instructions provided in .claude and .memory and reminded (forced it to read daily). These actions were destroying the work of days. Beside my time, you guys are asking me to pay a substantial monthly subscription, but not offering any compensation for such events.

What Claude Actually Did

Claude is ignoring the written instructions and destroy the code created in the past.

Expected Behavior

Claude must follow the written instructions, created accordingly the documentation.
As in any commercial relationship each party must carry resposibilities for the service provided agains the fee paid by the client. "I'm sorry" is not enough!!!!!!!!!!!
