Dispatch sessions on MacOS, iPhone and iPad sync, but there is no response

What's Wrong?

version 1.250330.1, macOS M5 Pro, three-device setup (MacBook + iPad + iPhone), messages show “Read” but no responses, problem persists post-patch.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Prior bug #40283 is similar and still isn’t fixed.

What Should Happen?

When I type a prompt on any of the three form factors, It should not respond “Read” and then do nothing. It should act as directed.

Steps to Reproduce

Open Dispatch on Mac OS 26.4, iPhone and iPad and type a prompt in any of the three. They will all respond as if Claude cowork is acting, but though the prompt appears on all three form factors, nothing happens.
